Details: Conceptual project aimed to shift the perception of a large fashion retailer in Spain. I focused on strategically transforming the relationship with consumers while being human-centered and planet caring while creating a new sustainable value proposition that leads to new revenue streams.
This is all powered by participatory design and provoking it as a tool for triggering cultural heritage and strategically organic movement for the brand, resulting in an aspirational lifestyle brand rather than fast fashion-focused.
